Tasmanian devils are fierce but small creatures. They are carnivores and eat carcasses which are dead animal bodies that are usually rotting. In captivity they eat thawed rabbits, mice, rats, and fish as well as cow bones to chew on. Tasmanian devils live in Tasmania.

ReplyDeleteFt. Wayne Zoo has had Tasmanian Devils, but they died from some kind of disease. I think the zoo is trying again to have some. They just pace back and forth and look mean!
DeleteHi Lydia! It's so neat that you're sharing your love of animals through writing! Since it sounds like you are taking requests, I was wondering if you would consider writing about koalas, if they are interesting to you. I think they are cute, and I have heard that they get their water from the leaves that they eat. I wonder if that is true? Melody
